Refund policy

Returns:

The customer may request to return their item for a full refund with a reasonable reason. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and a minimum of a 20% restocking fee, up to 50% depending on the item. (Special order items are non-returnable, please check the Special Order section) The customer has within 14 days to report the return. No items will be returnable after 14 days.

Order Cancellation/Refund (Credit Card Fees)

Credit Card / Paypal transactions result in a 5% fee for processing. This is non-refundable as it is as processing fee charged by using credit cards.

Exchange:

The customer has 14 days from the original transaction date to exchange their product for being damaged or defective. Anything after this period will not be accepted. The product must be shipped back as is in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages:

If a product was received damaged you have within 48 hours of receiving the product to report any damages to the shipping carrier and Meraki Autoworks. Report the damages immediately to the shipping carrier and to Meraki Autoworks. Please do the following: Contact the shipping carrier and fill out a damage claim form. Report everything that is either missing or damaged. Keep the products as is with the original packaging. The shipping carrier will contact you and schedule a time to pickup the items to inspect them. Once the product is inspected and the case is finalized by the shipping carrier, a replacement or credit will be issued to the customer. Warranty: Meraki Autoworks does not have warranties for any of their products. All warranties are represented by the manufacturer of the product. If a product is faulty after a certain extent of time, please contact the manufacturer and explain the problem.

Cancellations:

Customers can only cancel their order if the item has not shipped from Meraki Autoworks or their distributors. Their will be 5% fee to cover reversal of payment. Product Use: Parts sold by Meraki Autoworks are often intended for off-road use only including aftermarket exhausts, intakes, tuners, and more. Meraki Autoworks is not responsible for any damage caused to the customers vehicle. It is up to the customer to understand what they are purchasing before purchasing the product. Customers should check with their state laws to see if products are eligible for use in their state. Meraki Autoworks is not responsible for any misuse of the product.

Final Sale:

Meraki Autoworks will have "final sale" items from time to time, which are items that may be damaged or discontinued. Customers will acknowledge the condition before purchasing as sold as is and can not request a refund/exchange.

Special Order:

Special order items are non-refundable or cancellable after payment is received. 100% payment is required upfront. We must pay the manufacturer and once that happens, we can not request the money back from the manufacturer. Special order items are products that require the manufacturer to make the product, leading to a wait time. Some special order items may take up to as long as 6 months, due to variables such as manufacturing delay, shipping delays, customs delays, and more. Special order brands consist of: Aimgain, Skipper, Lexon, Rays Wheels, electrical items(chips, tuners, throttle controllers) If you are unsure if your product is a special order, please ask us before placing the order.
